  • Loan eligibility, approval, interest rates, and repayment terms are solely at the discretion of the respective banks/financial institutions.

  • PrimesSolution does not guarantee loan approval. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required by lenders.

  • Processing fees, charges, and other costs are as per the lender’s policies and must be borne by the client.

3. Property Services

  • PrimesSolution lists individual residential and commercial properties, colonies, plots, and other real estate opportunities for sale.

  • Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

  • PrimesSolution strives to ensure all property details are accurate; however, we do not take liability for errors, omissions, or changes made by property owners or developers.

  • Clients are advised to conduct due diligence, including legal and financial verification, before finalizing any property purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information when availing of our services.

  • Any misuse of our platform, including fraudulent activity, false documentation, or misrepresentation, will lead to termination of services and possible legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • PrimesSolution acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between clients and banks/financial institutions or between buyers and sellers of property.

  • We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses arising from third-party services (banks, developers, or property owners).

  • Our liability, if any, will be limited strictly to the service charges received by us.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, graphics, and materials on the PrimesSolution platform are the property of PrimesSolution and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
